I doubt those charges will stick and the fire dept. vehicle will be in the pound for no more than 2days....and the cop that decided to be a hero will prolly face some music from his peers...
The law needs to be revisited or scrapped (since there are previous legislation in place) and the people enforcing the law are given too much....

My favorite hypocritical part!
The licences of the officers were not suspended, but Insp. Ross stated that this is not automatic. Whether or not a licence is suspended immediately is a “discretionary decision” done on a “case-by-case basis,” Insp. Ross said.
