Default clay bar and polished some of my bird

I had a porter cable 7424xp and 3m paint restore kit sitting in my garage for 6 months and I finally made time to give machine polishing a try. My hood, fenders and front bumper looked like it was weathered and cheaply painted maybe from an old accident. I washed and clay barred the entire car. And then I did a 3 step restore/polish/wax on the hood, fenders, front bumper and rear spoiler. So far with the wash and clay, I'm at about 10+ hrs into it. I'm very pleased with the results. I can't help starring at my car for 10min any time I go into the garage. I will tackle the rest of the car when I have time.

This is the before:

This is the after:

bumper wasn't done yet here.

Makes a hell of a difference. I had mine hit with the clay bar about 6 months ago. Makes a hell of a difference getting all of the over spray off the paint. I have seen a couple of guys screw the pooch on a paint job so I have a trusted detail guy do mine. Good work though. Looks great.

Come on out next Wednesday and see for yourself.

Pics of black rims never look right, they look like giant black holes in the wheel well

I got a great deal on them and they fit my cars low buck theme better than the blingy C6's
