Hi everyone I have an 89 mustang 5 litre I
recently have been getting a screeching sound under the hood near the fan when I turn the car off I've replaced the alternator clutch fan and also the air pump the noise sounds like air is escaping from somewhere could it be possible to have some kind of vacuum leak I can't figure it out can anyone help

I really didn't check the rad im not losing antifreeze but thank you I will check it would it make that noise while the car is running as well because it does it running and when I turn it off

I have checked the rad and there is no pin holes it's in good shape is there anything else you can think of I'm stumbled

It's pretty tough to record the noise my friend it really sounds like air is escaping from somewhere there is no leaks coming from anywhere it makes eeeeeeeeeeeeee for about 3 or 4 seconds while it's running and after about 5 Seconds after the car is shut off it will do it I just don't get it

Stupid as it sound...sometimes, the simple problems stump us the most. Glad you got er sorted out.
