Hello,

I've recently picked up a 1998 Z28 with an M6 after a long absence of being without an F-Body. My previous 3rd gen with an auto spat out three 10 bolts before I put a 9 bolt, so I'm quite certain my current rear end is on borrowed time. Are there any decent sources in Canada to either get a new setup built or buy a drop in? Thanks

Where are you located?

Set something up with a trans shop stateside and get your rear end drop shipped there.

Take a 2 day vacation and get it installed then drive her home.

Just make sure you leave no paper work in the car just snail mail it all to you house.

The other choice is to take your chances buying a used one off someone on here.

Searching here I've read about a guy who builds 8.8" rear ends in Canada, but I can't seem to find a name or contact info. Anyone have an idea who this is?

Got one being built, should be able to check it out in January sometime when I'm home from work.

Finally got home to a few boxes and a crate, work is going to prevent a quick install but I'm eagerly awaiting the chance.
