Default 1rst track results for the junkyard dog

I was pumped to get this thing to the track and see if my dyno results could be backed up
https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...gine-dyno.html
I had everything ready and took the car out on the street for a shakedown on wed. Just my luck I picked up a nail in 1of my ET Street Bias tires
so I find out that this type of tire cant be repaired
I decided I still wanted to go out and have some fun, so I threw on some old drag radials (stick cars DO NOT WORK with radials), and managed to run a severely traction limited 10.91 @ 130. I am officially required to slow it down or install a cage!
I think it is showing close to the measured power, but down some, These track results are in FULL STREET trim through exhaust. The tune is not perfect yet and I definately did not hit my shift points accurately. There is ALOT going on in the first half of the track with this 5 speed, lol. Too much fun!
For those wanting to run this through some calculators, the car weighed 3425lbs w/ me last year, and I have not re-weighed it with the changes - it should be close.

What was the total vehicle weight? Cannot remember.

I want to know when power will fall off in that SOB, was still climbing at 7500.

I have not re-weighed the car but it should be very close to last year, at 3425 w/ me
on the dyno we pulled it past 7500 on a couple runs, and power fell of after 7500 on both

Nice work 3pedals. Mid to low 10's are just around the corner for you.

Good luck 06X6spdGTO, I'll be watching your build/thread too. I'm hoping to finally get my 10 sec timeslip next month.

Great first outing for that new combo!

Your DA was probably somewhere in the 1350-1500ft range.

Hook that bad boy and you should definitely be seeing some mid 10 second passes.

How is the low speed response of that cam?

throttle response is AWESOME. Engine does NOT like being under load below 1800, and will buck slightly(under load) up to 2300ish. Pulls cleanly from 2500 up.
I'd like to advance the cam a couple degrees, but cant untill the engine comes apart, as PtoV is tight right now.

Congrats on the results Barrett. I think 130 mph with a weight of 3425 backs up your dyno results. Eric L
