If it were me I would machine about 1/8" - 3/16" from the face of the bracket where the bolt hole is, and cut the head of the bolt as well, to make it work.
shouldnt be too tough, unless the bracket is really thin and you arent able to cut it down much?? Hard to tell from the pics

That part sticking out of the unbolted hole is the sleeve. I agree with Barrett, I would grind it flush and either use a thin headed bolt or just grind the head down. I would think that would work. Hope this helps, Eric L

If you're running truck acc with the wp and alt only + tensioner, you'll prolly need same thing as I have which is 725k6(72.5inches 6 rib). I got it at autozone.

Correction, I just brought that belt back and exchanged it for a 715k6.....belt stretch ugghh
