Default to ms3 and stock heads or mill heads and get smaller cam?

so I can't decide here, which would be more benificial: to run an ms3 cam with stock spec. heads or get the heads milled about .040 and go with a slightly smaller cam to prevent ptv contact issues

my current setup is a gen III 5.3, flat top pistons and rods from a gen iv, 862 heads, arp rod bolts, lunati springs, victor jr with Holley 750, th350 that will probably getting a 4k stall, the car will be 25/75 street/strip and will more than likely get nitrous later down the road, all suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I would get 243 castings and run the cam.
