Default 87 mustang carb'd lm7

Just beginning my swap from sbf in my mustang to a carb'd lm7
My car previously had a team z k member & a arms cc plates and strange coil overs. Sold the sbf k member and picked up my ls swap kmember and motor mounts. I got a 03 lm7 out of an avalanche at a local j-yard for 477 bucks and a built th350 for 400 more bucks.
my plans are to pick up a ms3 camshaft, vic jr intake and a set of cnc ported 243 heads, msd 6010 or 6012, whichever one it is i need. And 2 systems(:
My goal is to get the car into the 9's out the back door.
Right now im pulling the factory efi stuff off and The 706 heads that are on the engine now.
my question right now is with going carb what factory engine wiring do i need to keep, other then the coil pack wiring. im using mechanical temp and oil pressure gauges.
I will post pics this evening of the car and engine in its current state.

Dave at team z said it will be fine with the truck oil pan, which i agree and do not think it sits too low. But for the simple fact of me liking it and catching great deals on everything else. Im probably going to go with the holley or morosso pan.
