I have a basically stock carbed 5.3 with a texas speed torquer v2 cam in my 69 c10. I just picked up a set of 225cc dart pro1 ls1 heads with 2.05 valves. Will these heads be to much for a 5.3? my trucks a hot rod cruiser i just don't want to lose all my bottom end power installing these heads. Thanks

What are the combustion chamber sizes on the Darts?

The combustion chambers are 62cc

That is a good size combustion chamber for the 5.3. I would do it.

Thanks. Do you have any idea what the compression would be with the 62cc chambers? Its a 99 5.3. I appreciate the info as im new to LS world!
