It is not only the cost of line, it is the fittings that add up. All this will come out when it goes E85. This is more of a sloppy mechanic type deal. For science. Lol

May have this bastard fired up tomorrow. Shifter, accessories, cooking, other odds and ends complete. Wiring is the main thing that remains.

Temporary. Something to take the edge off while getting it running.

Tried my luck to blast it off today. Wired in the power to the starter, power to ignition. Was going to jumper the fuel pump to prime the carb and see if it leaks in the fuel system. Snatched the master cut off out ward to apply power..... pop. 100 amp main fuse blew. Think the bad starter I was hoping was just a fluke on my 98 TA was so bad that it is critically ill throw a ddifferent one on tomorrow.

When I was in Houston, I remember thinking that it was even hotter than Florida there. At least where I am from in Florida has a nice ocean breeze.

Something like that. Lol

Spent all day again messing with wiring. Got my panel built from scrap parts laying around the shop and a piece of C channel. It's bolted in and ready for me to connect the switches and hook up gauge. Need to make maybe 2 panels for switches.

Got to drive with the wife for the first trip on the street. Only has 2nd gear for now since the trans is not getting power. Gotta look in to that later. But it is healthy as ****. No leaks since I fixed the power steering at the rack. Wiring job was near perfect first attempt.
