Default Carb size for LQ4

Hi all,

Im in the middle of parts shopping for a jet boat. I will be running a carb and a 6.0.

The build looks as follows
Aluminum 6.0 (LFA block)
Stock rotating assembly (freshened up while its out new bearings, rings, etc)
BTR Stage 3 N/A cam ( 231/242 .617"/.592" 112+2 )
Stock 243 heads setup for the cam (later on ill get a ported set just not in the budget now) Might have these milled a little bit to up compression
Edelbrock Victor JR intake
MSD ignition controller (6012 i believe)

Im stuck on what size carb i should run. Im thinking 750 but maybe an 850?

And i will bolt on a 200 shot for when i wanna be stupid

thanks
steve
