E85 Carb jetting. opinions?
Hey guys ive recently finished up my forged 370 iron block S480 blow thru E85 setup and need some opinions on jetting..
The carb is a Carb Shop Holley 4150 mech secondary 750 with billet annular boosters. The carb has been modified to run E85. The supplied jetting currently is 72x2 primary, 6.5 power valve and drilled PVRC's. The Secondary has a power valve block off, 72x2 jets with jet extensions. im using a procharger carb hat with billet 1" spacer facing 6:00 position.
Ive spoken to Carb shop and they state the current setup is good for 1k hp which I find hard to believe. The motor is brand new and currently running an NA allmotor timing map in the msd. The car idles great around 900 rpm with 15" of vacuum through power brakes. The wideband shows .88-.91 lambda at idle. When driving it runs .82-.88 until It transitions which it becomes lean at 1-1.04. I know obviously there is way too much timing in it but I just wanted to see where the afrs would be. Ive spoken to quite a few people who think the carb has no where near the jet it should. Ive just bought a holley jet kit 40-100 so I was thinking going up 3 jet sizes all the way around. Ive also uploaded a new boost map that is 20* under atmosphere and then transitions down to 14* total timing in boost using a 3 bar map. LMK what you guys think.

After doing quite a few jet changes, I realized its actually the carb itself having the issues. Ive since sent it to Kevin at CSU and will hopefully getting it back soon after hes completely revamped it. Ill keep everyone posted on the results.
