Fuel pump location Where is the best location to put a holley blue on a 86 monte Carlo...I don't have a sump tank ...only factory....or do they make a inline pump that I can use with a carb ls swap....

In general, electric external fuel pumps should be mounted the same. Back near the tank and mounted below the lowest point of the tank. These pumps are designed to push fuel not pull it. You can read the full details in the instructions at this link.
