Default SAD to remove MY 60-2

OK, to remove MY 60-2 TW (58x) is to REDUCE the accuracy of the Spark Instant FROM 1/4 degree to 2 degrees @ 2500 Acceleration Rate.

The thought of spending MONEY for that cause, well I don't UNDERSTAND !

Default Bosche = NO

Thank you, to have some background.

NO I worked with Alex Long, the US patent was filed in the 80's.

Bosch "stole" this, stated to Ford it was theirs, suite was filed (Ranger 2300 TP case), was settled in our favor.

Would you be willing to try my IGN-8 ?
This eight channel, two GPOs, board mounted MAP is used on any LS-x engine applications.

Can you make it do both 24x and 58x (err 60-2) ? Would hugely increase your market. Soo many 1999-2004/5 24x truck engines becoming available now as the bodies rust away. No one wants to take apart the entire engine just to change wheels.

It would be definitely easier and possibly cheaper to just replace the MSD box.

The new MSD 6014 box supports either wheel now.

Just some thoughts, from having FI, the 24 rel. used +12v's, and the 58 used a 5v signal-same with front and rear cam sensors (front cam sensor used a/c pin swap also)
Just something to keep in mind when mix matching stuff

Default IGN-8 vs 6014

My Ignition Controller will "decode" all Modern Target Wheels.
I have created "gear-down" decodes (24-1, 48-2) for use in distributors.

This Gear Down decode WILL ALLOW Sequential Coil operation with one sensor.

I run the 24xe (black sensor) @ FIVE volts, works fine.

The Hall element is made by Allegro, just down load the "data" sheet.

I will "match" the MSD box price if you report here on LS-Tech.

Would you be interested ?
