What mods have you done to the 200 4r to live behind the power. Im torn between the 200 and 350/400 in my up coming project. Planning a 5.3 on Nitrous(light car).

some ls3 heads would be nice on there. I would think with that cam and stock heads its gotta be around 400rwhp. with ls3 heads it would be around 450 for sure.

I had my 200 4R built by Freddie brown in Long Island ny , he rated at 500hp
I am probably right at my limit right now , I will run it till it blows up then look at my options at that point , it's hard to give up the overdrive after having it

I have tossed around the idea of ls3 heads , I am at a point right now deciding where I want to go, head upgrade ? Nitrous ? Boost ?

I'd put a simple plate setup on it and have fun while you save for a forced induction build

Im curious what RPM were you shifting at? Looks like that is a pretty good size cam and wondering if you spun the stock motor that high to get the full potential! Also nice car btw, very clean setup!

I think im going to do a very similar combo to yours in my Vega. Love the car man color looks very similar to my 69 Camaro's color.

Also what TV/carb bracket set up did you end up using??

Thanks

Just the regular Holley correction bracket and a stock g body cable works fine
