Default LPC or 799 TSP heads?

Any ideas if the LPC heads are a good starting point or would it be better to pick a set of 799 heads and send to Texas Speed for their rebuild? Looks like about $200 difference for 799s. ‘99 5.7 with Comp 238/242 600/610 112+2 LSA cam 3800 stall T400 3.73 12 bolt 275/60 drag radials, 250 shot NOS later. 750 Pro Systems carb. 3300# with driver. A little cruising some track. Does have 5.38 spool in it now but out soon. Any ideas Thanks

I think TSP is the better deal. Once they get your heads, they do EVERYTHING. Complete cleaning, CNC porting, CNC valve job, pressure test. They are like new when you get them back.

I thought they might be better than ‘as cast’ LPC for my combination.
