Default 4th gen wiring harness?

So I have been told you can't put a ls1 in a v6 without having to do wiring. So

can you take the car harness out of a z28/ss and put it in the v6 and call it a

day? Or why won't the ls1 harness go with the v6 harness?

Think you need to do some more Home work! Who ever told you that is a IDIOT in my book!

No your going to have to get a LS1 wiring harness! So your telling me you plan on dropping in a LS in your v6 and your asking about wiring I don't mean to be rude but you need to and do a bit more HOMEWORK! Like I said before, whoever gave you the info about the wiring is WRONG!

Good Luck

I guess I could have been more specific with my question. I have a ls6 with the engine wiring harness and PCM what I wanted to know if the ls engine harness is plug-n-play with the car harness.

You seem surprised that I want to put the ls in the v6? Insurace will be cheaper and I'm going with a 4l60e/t56 trans, sphon torque arm, and possibly a nine inch. Change a few things like the hood and trunk and I have a camaro that looks like and is as strong as a ss/z28 for half the price.

It won't be a plug n play..you will have to move some wires around and possibly add a couple.
