Default I just broke my z06 wheel

I have a quick question I have oem zo6 wheels and I have to full cracked spokes on one wheel and one wheel only how common is this

Never heard of it happening before so i dont think it too common.

Never heard of it myself either! Check around tho.. more people might tune in n give u some help! Either way, that sucks.. get some new ones!

apparently it is a very common problem with magnessium wheels! getting a set of z06 spyder wheels

I believe oem C5 z06 wheels were/are aluminum, either forged (2001), or cast (2002-04). Don't know about the C6.

They did have at least one year with optional wheels that said on the face that they were magnessium but I dont know much about them really. Think it was in yellow lettering on the ones I saw.

I know it was a c5 corvette factory wheel.
