Default Could a bad tune cause bad gas mileage?

I just recently got a 99 ss, with SLP LT headers, slp catted y pipe, and slp loudmouth. I was told its been tuned for the headers to tune out the o2 sensor codes. It really seems like im getting bad gas mileage. Like ive spent 80 bucks in gas in not even a week. Should i get it retuned? and it was not dyno tuned and i really dont have money to get it dyno tuned. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

do you have any check engine lights (cel)'s ? real bad mileage could mean a bad front o2 sensor or sensors.
