Default newb with a 98 camaro

just picked this up over the weekend. and have been cleaning it up since. unfortunately it is not a SS i just haven't figured out a way to remove the badges safely. its a 3800 with 196K miles. auto. also came with a set of stock wheels with good tires, and side skirts (but i removed them)

next summer i will either be turboing or selling to buy a LS. i have had a Grandprix that i built to over 400WHP, so i do have experience with the 3800 and turbos ...but i may just sell to buy a LS...who knows

here are a few pics from today...

Don't like the tail lights. Nice looking car otherwise, but a lot of miles though.

Nice ride Thanks for sharing!

If you get the SS badges off without damage would you consider selling them?
PM me if you want to sell them.

Good luck with the car.

like everything except the tail lights, and the *** end needs to come down a little lol.

and like the others have said, fishing line and a hair dryer should get it off. If there's any glue residue under it use goo-gone, a rag, and use a firm hand to get it off. wax the spot after also.
