4th gen wheels on a 2nd gen camaro

4th gen wheels on a 2nd gen camaro I'm sure somebody has done this or maybe tried and failed but my question is will any of the 17in wheels that came on 93-02 camaros fit under a 70-81 reason being I have a great set of 275-40-17s and a 2nd Gen 73 been on blocks and can score a set of the newer wheels pretty cheap from a friend,could spacers make this work ,any help appreciated from my fellow Camaro guys
