I have a 93 lt1 in a 85 monte carlo SS which is making a weird noise after starting it. It sounds almost like a wrench is in the flywheel..I'm lost as to what it could be. Its carbureted.. Headers.. 350 turbo trans

If I'm so low on trans fluid would it make a grinding scratching noise at idle? The trans is in park...

Please any ideas?
