Why would you be putting 3.23 gears in? If the car really is an SS (automatic) it should already have those. If its a manual it will have 3.42s.
Back to your question, are you asking about flywheel hp or rear wheel hp? These cars make roughly ~350hp/375ft.lbs at the flywheel bone stock although they are underrated at 310-325hp stock.
If you want 350RWHP you will need LT headers, ORY, and a good dyno tune in addition to what you have.

It's really going to depend on the dyno, and weather you have an auto or manual trans.

Start with the free mods first if they havent already been done amigo. It will add up to help you at and not cost you squat. Long Tube Headers, Delete Cats, Electronic Cutout, good muffler, LS6 Intake, K&N Air Filter with ram air mod and a good tune i bet you could see those numbers. These cars are suffocated for air in my opinion and there capable of much more the better they breathe. Start cheap work your way up. Underdrive pulley, shift kit if its A4 etc etc.

Its not all about horsepower at the numbers your looking for i would say its more the driver, with how efficient the car can use what it already has.

Long tubes, good catback, lid, and a good tune will be like 340-350 wheel with LS6 intake.

ls2 tb will not bolt on a ls6 mani. And the ls2 tb is drive by wire, not cable.
