Steering box interchange

Steering box interchange Hi all,
Did a search but missed finding this question. Putting a 5.3 in a 75 f-body. I know many guys have used the IROC box with the LS p/s pump, but do all other 3rd gen camaro boxes interchange? I see tons of V6 82-92 Camaros in my local yards, and if I could grab one of those boxes for $30 just to get this car running for now that would be great.
Also any word on S10 or g-body or b-body boxes? I've heard they are the same as Camaro boxes but want to get a more solid answer. Thanks guys!
