I don't have any immediate plans to, but I won't say it's off the table especially if I take it to a track day at M1 this year and decide the stockers aren't enough.

I haven't moved the camaro over yet because Michigan winters are lame, but sort of related I got the cars a new home! It's detached 22x36 so 4ish cars, but I'm going to knock down the middle walls and clean it up a ton:

Got the car moved over to my new place! I can't wait to knock down the partition walls and get some more space.

Keeping with the semi project car related updates, I'm out of the country for the rest of the month pretty much so it'll go to the tuner for a lil more boost in march. And I started renovations on the garage, also picked up a truck so I have something practical:

Got the car back today and I'm stoked with the improvement! I swapped to the 8-rib setup for no real reason, but we up'd the boost to 9psi, slapped on an ls6 intake + MM catch can and Motorcity speed retuned it. The car is running way way better and is putting down 476rwhp on their mustang dyno. It feels so much better although the fuel system is pretty much maxed at this point. Dotted lines are the baseline:

So my seat covers came in from lethal interiors and I finally got to do a mod that I've wanted to do for a long time. (I still need to take care of the door panels and headliner)

Thanks! I'm going to need to find some new foam for the drivers seat and redo it I think. I love the garage it's 24x36 which is the biggest I could get while keeping my commute < 30min and 100% why I bought the house...but I'm moving to Austin next spring so I threw out my plans for renovating it into my dream garage.

those seat pads just arent holding up over time I ran into the same issue but I had my seats recovered. I actually picked up a 02 to rob the power plant out of for my 71 may take the seats also if they are in as good a shape as I think they are.

Stinks about the garage, seems you move around frequently is that work related?

Yeah I'm keeping an eye on craigslist for a set of clean seats to canabalize so hopefully something pops up. But the moves are work related, I'm an Ops Manager for a large tech company it's a great job but I've only got a couple of years till I'm 30 and the moving is starting to get real old.

As a side bar in case anyone is curious I sold my Subaru so I'm dailying my truck and I hate stock vehicles. So I leveled it with some King 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers all around, threw on some 34" tires and tuned it because stock cars are lame:

I was thinking Id read previously you were in an IT related field. happy hunting on the seats its getting harder and harder to find good parts for these cars.

Dig the f150 and life is far to short to drive boring cars!

This is something I've been putting off for almost 5 years. When I bought the car it had window tint, but it was rough then and it wasn't getting better. I took the car to a local tint shop to have them remove the old stuff (including hatch) and to switch to 20% Ceramic all around. Apparently the old stuff didn't come off great and they worked on the car from 8am till 7pm. I'm super happy with the way everything turned out though:

I'm doing the door panels either this week or next weekend and my new ABS plastic headliner backing should be here then too (I just need to buy fabric).

Door panel and headliner materials are for the most part in, just need to buy headliner fabric. And a quick teaser of something else I want to do before the end of the summer:

Hoping my box from subthump shows up Thursday or Friday

I was surprised too I didn't see the millhouse on their site anymore though. I had one of their stealth 10" boxes in my rustbox of a 1994 v6 Camaro about 11 years ago. Spoiler I ordered the exact same box.

It's as though I'm still operating like a 17 year old kid. At least I'll have it all done before the dream cruise!

To he fair the hinges on that design weren't great..... I actually made mount that attaches to the trunk deck rather than the rear panels. The one on the driver side just couldn't support the weight of the box. I need to fan up a metal.support to help with that then it will be solid. Best box I've messed with in an fbody other than those two issues.

Keep the dream alive man!

Well I'm going to have to have the headliner redone because I butchered it and I'm going to have to make my mind up on the door panels. But at least the stereo install went super easy!
