I have a GM clutch master cylinder that I'm having trouble connecting to the newer type of GM slave cylinder which has a C clip at the connection. I opened the bleeder thinking that was the problem but I still can not get the hose connected. Is anyone else using this newer type of slave? How did guys get the hose connected? I heard some people have had issues with the new type when using a Tick master: connection coming loose which is ironic since the C clip was specifically designed to prevent that. Thanks.
