Door not closing properly- 2000 Camaro

Hello all, the driver door on my 2000 SS is not closing right. You have to really slam it in order for it too close. I thought it was just the hinges but the triangle looking seal on the door connected to the sideview mirror hits the weatherstripping before the door can even make contact. It shuts almost perfectly with the window down but with it up it hits before the door can lock close. Is there anyway to adjust the seal?? Or is something else causing this.

Door hinge bent, look at that triangle it's being bent on the top

Look at the angle of the door and fender

So you think it could still be the door hinge? Will check first thing tomorrow
