Default 3.8 engine swap

I'm looking to swap my engine and needed to know if a 3.8l from a 97 Camaro will fit in my 99 Camaro which is also a 3.8l or if I will need to modify anything? If so what will I need to modify?

You'll need to swap over your intake plenum and throttle body as they are different.

I'd recommend getting one out of a similar year or newer because of some minor changes in valve size and castings but if you're on a tight budget it will work.
