I thought about putting the wheelie bar back on it, and adding a parachute just to get reactions when driving it on the street. I guess there is a little ricer inside of me after all LOL.

I took the wheelie bars off mine, they are not going back on unless I'm going 8.01 and can't keep the front end down.

yup. I'll never make enough power to need it, but it would be fun to get reactions driving it down the highway with bars out back. There is nothing "sleeper" about my car, why not go all out lol.

Sooooo close to starting! I had an electrical gremlin with the Dominator EFI. A huge thanks to tech member 1nverted (Juan) for helping diagnose the issue(s). LosLS2 introduced us Sunday night and Juan was was on the hunt for the gremlin Monday and Tuesday after work. Possible first start vid tomorrow? There are still a few minor details to take care of, but the 69 is back on the right path to tearing up the streets.

I'll be looking to cruise anything and everything car related soon.

Thank the Lord and sweet baby Jesus, there is an exhaust with and H-pipe on it! Am I the only person who prefers them over X's?

My theory is that the X pipe is good for N/A and nitrous motors. with FI I don't really care about creating velocity/scavenging since I'm forcing it out with the blower. just get the exhaust out as free as possible. I will say that I prefer the sound of the H pipe. It has more of that old school rumble than the higher pitched more exotic sound of an X.
