Oh well. Cleaning up the fitewall and fender wells was on my list of to dos and it probably never sould have happened if i didnt find an excuse to pull the motor.

got it all back together with new PRC heads, drove it for a year at 13lbs boost, then tragedy strikes again!



heads are back at TSP for repairs, it's going back together with new bearings all the way around, cloyes billet timing set with C5r chain, new melling pump, more ring gap and more boost. oh, and a Jake's stage 5 rebuild kit and their D321 valve body and a pro torque converter.

or did I miss that ?

EDIT: OK, went back and looked...I guess the valve let go jammed up the cam/lifter and caused the snapped chain ?
