Just picked up an 01 ss roller. Missing full drivetrain including ls1 engine harness. I'm picking up a 5.3 harness and Ecu. My question is before I go standalone with the 5.3 harness has anyone heard of somehow making the harness work without doing it standalone since the main harness plugs are different or am I wrong about that. Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

A lot easier to just pick up a stock camaro harness and ecu. ( I may have both)
I did the same swap ( 5.3 in a 99z28)
