C4 turn signal lever swap
...So I ordered a new turn signal lever for my '95 Vette. Problem is, I bought so many parts, I ended up forgetting I ordered one and ordered a second.
I know. I'm a dumbass.
...Fast forward to this past weekend. I was doing some work on my Z and saw my rather cheap looking and tattered turn signal lever, and remembered I had a 'spare' switch. So long story short, it's a direct swap.
...Why should you care? It's a heavier duty piece, and looks better to boot. Not like the cheap stuff I've ordered before when I ordered it for the Camaro. Plugs in and works like a champ. It's not the pencil thin kind with the print that scrapes off easily that never lined up correctly.
If you are like me, I hate my stuff looking tattered and cheap. So you might want to check it out! Just putting the word out there, much better than the replacement quality stuff.
I'll take a pic when I get home. Kinda forgot to, lol!

Here it is. Looks better in person. The graphics are cleaner, and the delay graphics line up better than the stock replacements. Notice the guard below the cruise switch is thicker and the wiper tab is thicker and rounded. Certainly feels like a better quality piece.
Probably as good as I can find short of new GM. Looks more at home in a 4thgen anyway, the stock style looks like they were trying to use up thirdgen stock.

Yeah, most corvette suppliers can get them, like ecklers. I paid about $75 I think shipped. Worth it over the $45 cheapie dorman one IMO. Ordered it for my '95, not sure if earlier C4's are the same or not. '94-96 was the latest C4 interior.

How does it feel when you put the turn signal on compared to the original Camaro lever? Ever since I replaced my 99 Silverado with an 05 Sierra, I can't stand the cheap look and feel of my 2000 Camaro's turn signal lever.

Doesn't feel bad. Feels better in my hand actually. Keep in mind though, alot of the 'bad' feel in the switch can be the switch itself, not the lever. The feeling in you hand is much better though.
