Default found b1001 code

I have found the b1001 code which is for the air bags which I have had this code before. The car which I bought like a year ago has no accidents on carfax and the previous owner said there were no accidents so not sure why this code comes up everyone once in awhile??? The other code has to do with the abs EBCM which I am not sure if that is the complete assembly with the ABS Power control module or just the pump part? I have replaced the power control module but that did not help it? More research I guess?? Thanks

I've attached copies of the DTC code troubleshooting charts from the 2000 service manual that may help. By the way, the EBCM stands for Electronic Brake Control Module and it is mounted on the Brake Modulator Valve Body.
