Default What is this wierd noise?

First of all i wanted this forum as a whole is aswome. It has helped mmy project 94 camaro lt1 m6 run again. With that said there are two problems i can not solve. First it is making this wierd which i will attach a video. The second is smoke is coming from both exhaust manifolds. Could this be the valve cover gaskets or the exhaust manifold gasket? Thank you guys for all of your continued help.

Sound like an exhaust leak, but recordings can be tough. They seam to reduce one sound while amplifying another.

Can you actually feel the air from an exhaust leak?

Sure sometimes, if you can get your hand in line and not be to close to be burnt. It will also change in pitch along with frequency as the revs climb.
