Just went through the whole thread. What got me interested was your 31mph back half. Beautiful car & awesome build. Gives me encouragement to give my car some TLC.
I see you're looking into a vacuum pump. Not many street cars have them. I went with the GZ setup. I really like having a vacuum pump. Having a vacuum gauge connected to the opposite valve cove, from where the pump is connected, is really cool. As being able to see what the pump is doing/vacuum or what the crankcase is getting. Before the gauge I was just guessing what it was doing.
Again. Awesome car man!

Thanks guys.
Thanks man, it definitely feels stronger compared to the last setup.
The GZ kits are really nice and looks like a quality pump. I am looking into using 2 electric air pumps, in line with each other. Should be good for 8 lbs. I know its not much but may possibly help.

I’m happy with how the car performed. DA was in the negative but it was cold all day. Track condition was okay. First run I dropped the clutch from 3k and bogged it. Second run I dropped the clutch from 3.5k and got some wheel hop. Third run I left off of the two step set at 4.3k, softly engaging the clutch. Still had some wheel hop in second but pulled off my best et.

Moved my wideband gauge from the ash tray in the console to the radio location this weekend. I'll be installing Speed Inc light weight carpet and deleting the console. I found it much easier to row through the gears without the center console.

So the stock power steering pump started leaking all over the new engine. I decided to pull it off and run the shorter belt for now. Steering is a bit tougher with the smaller steering wheel.
