Short block is at the machine shop. It will be 4 weeks total before they can get to it and check it out. I've been ordering gaskets and small things while waiting. Also was able to dimple a few areas on my headers for added clearance.

Great build, what size front rotors are you running with your 17" wheels and are those the CTS-V calipers?
I have a 97 SS which currently has the LS1 12" front brakes and 17" wheels and I'd like to upgrade to 14" front rotors but I have heard they won't fit with my 17" ZR1 wheels, thanks.

Also what was the ground clearance like with the Speed Inc 3" OTA true duals I want to buy that kit and modify it to fit my LT1 headers?

A little update, the machine shop I brought my block and crank to was very busy and backed up. It took them 9 weeks before they began on my engine. Currently it is being checked and looks like the cylinders need to be honed .002.

Thanks, I am running 2017 base camaro brembos and C7 discs. I had to drill out my caliper mount holes to 14 mm. There is a thread on here with guys using the ATS brakes.

Been a few months since I've updated once again. Since the last post, I parted out and sold the last LS1 block. I decided to purchase a new short block.

I called the guys at SDPC and ordered an LS3 stroker.

Ordered more heads from Texas Speed, PRC cathedrals.

Plenty of PTV clearance on this setup.

Torqued down.

Drilled and tapped to run Gen 3 knock sensors.

Nitrous outlet coolant vent hoses installed around the FAST 102 intake.

Tight fit.

good god man........ I hope my car gets to your level at some point. Also, extremely jealous of your bogart setup...... probably my favorite drag setup for fbodies. I've almost gotten my car back together and hopefully will be bringing it back to Lafayette with me when I return on the 31st.
