I believe the official name is "Applique Quarter Panel, Upper Right/Upper Left" (that's the description listed on the GM TSB for roof panel replacement).
There are two part numbers for this item, side specific:
Right: 10240164
Left: 10240165
Unfortunately, both of these part numbers appear to be discontinued.
