Default 1st gen

I just have a jones for a 69 1st gen, but what, as far as body styling is different betwwen a 68 and 69. Because a 68 price is a little more reasonable.
Thank you

68 and 67 are more similar than a 68 and a 69. As far as the difference there is a different Grill set up between the 68 and the 69, different interior, different dash set up, taillights that look very different from a 68, and only the 69 had those cool looking ribs on the side. I can't think of anything else at the current time....

frame and overall shape was the only things close between 68 and 69 Camaros. All sheetmetal except the hood, roof, interior floorpan and trunk was different. 69 models had the most produced, but as mentioned above, it comes down to a personal taste issue. I like em all, dad has a 67 model, we've owned a 68, but I think I'd buy a 69 if I could find one.

I hate to bring this back up, but the 67 camaro had a small vent window with no side marker lights, the 68 lost the vent window and gained the lights. the 69 camaro has flat finders..if you can understand what I'm trying to say with that. but the dash changed in 69 too. between 68 and 69 there is just enough diffrant to tell they are diffrant cars. most of the people that tell me I have a nice car can't tell if its a 67, 68 or 69...a few lately have gotten it right...its a 68
