Camaro in hollywood

watching a show on national geographic channel on demolition derbies. They are showing the guys searching for demolition cars and at a junkyard for a couple seconds the edge of the tv screen showed a 4th gen white with hugger orange stripes from the right rear quarter. You could tell it had substantial front end damage. I think it was an lt1 ss, but it could have been the stripes fooling me, it was so quick. Anyway, cool show.
edit: hey 30 seconds later, I think I just saw a pro looking camaro drag car on a commercial too running up the quarter.

"Black Dog" has a teal 3rd gen in the movie quit a bit. I gets fairly beat, but it's pretty nice. It's a 98' film but you'll be up to your knees in cheese while watching.
I just watched the trailer and you can see just a BREIF glimpse of the camaro a quarter of the way through.

since i own a camaro,
i have noticed that camaros are in alot of movies, just not "one of the characters"
always some type of camaro driving by or parked or something.
the movie "the marine" with john cena ( for you wrestling fans )
he drives a 4th gen b4c camaro but it winds up getting blown to crap,
saw it on the previews.
they should make a tv program that involves a camaro

Like the Sleepwalkers movie was a blue 77-78 TA that the character would morph into a red 65ish Mustang as well...
Good pick though...love that car...They are also playing Extreme's "Its a Monster" in the background of the scenes with the blue TA...
Sweet ride!!!!!

The movie Gumball Rally, a cannonball run like movie from the late 70's or so, had alot of sweet cars, including a killer early 2nd gen yellow camaro that Gary Busey was in. Was super sweet, but not my favorite ride in that movie. That would have had to have been the old red ferrari convertible, that thing was bad-***. Great scene with the ferrari and a blue shelby cobra racing through some sort of drainage aquaduct. What a great movie, well for car fans anyway! Haven't watched it in a while, now I'll have to pop it in this weekend. I have that and smokey and the bandit, cannonball run, and the original gone in sixty seconds all on vhs . Come to think of it, I don't remember seeing any camaros in gone in sixty seconds...strange. I'll have to watch it again and look for one. Lots of nice rides in that old movie too.

10 Things I Hate About You - there was a red Z28 that gets it' s door smashed, or was there?Does anyone else find it odd that it wore a set of wheel covers? Not ever stockers, but cheap *** Autozone wheel covers!
Christine - had a first gen (don' t recall the year off hand) get blown up in the gas station. I don' t remember that ******* thugs driving it, but this one is in the garage.
Metro - Eddie Murphy (sp?) drives a triple black LT1 T/A Vert, but it gets repossessed. It' s not a Camaro but I wonder how many of you remember that car.
Misadventers In Babysitting - the boyfriend of the leading female drives an IROC.
Enemy Of The State - the NSA agents drive a second and a third gen, but one wrecks into the wall in a tunnel, the other hits the other Camaro.
Bad Boys - a primered 1st gen driven by that bald dude, with the slicked hair gets blown up.
We also CANNOT forget Bewitched. Darrin Stevens drove a 67, a 68, AND a 69 over a three season span!!
