    yeah they told me it would work with them and i told them now way! They said i must of did something wrong. I know WTF im doing lol. I found a web site on here a while back you could order whatever one length ones you want and you choose the weight strut you want to. I just made a billet rod for a hood prop. Also how many miles and how fast have you had your car up to? I have around 10k miles on mile and many 120-130mph runs and a few 160mpg runs. Because my paint has lightly crack on each side of the back of the cowl from the lift it gets at higher speeds. The faster you go the more the rear of the cowl lifts and flexes. Thanks for the info

    nope...i had to get the struts from VFN... and my hood still hits the windshield just a little bit when i open it. i just open it slowly and its no big deal.

    Were you able to use you stock hood struts? mine wouldn't work. hood would hit windshield
