Conversation Between jmd and 80bu

I have a question on you bleeding of a clutch. I just want to make sure I understand you, I need to run the hose all the way back up to the clutch reservoir once I let fluid drain from it first? So I am guessing the hose need to be pretty long to reach that?? I am using a new slave and master cylinder and want to get it right!!
