I had their sales rep tell me they could do nothing for me after all of their ball joints failed, their TQ arm damaged my new 12bolt, and their lower a-arms failed at the lower strut mount on both sides. Their ball joints have their name stamped on them. The TQ arm had really big holes on the rear end mount so they slid around and snapped the Grade 8 hardware even thou it had loctite on them it didn't matter, because Grade 8's cannot take side loads like that. The lower a-arms failed on my street car from very little use.
