Default Totally wired from wiring!! Almost done...help!

So I spent the last 12 hrs pulling out rear O2's and cutting out unecessary connections ie (C152 Pin L, M Requested/ Delivered Torque), (C100 pin M damping lift/drive signals). On connector C2 I couldn't really get rid of anything, as I'll be using A/C and cruise.
Here's where I'm stuck...I'm not sure what to do with the following Pins/wires

C100 Pin R Engine On signal.......is it needed?
C152 Pin E Vehicle Speed Signal.....I used the GN/Wh wire from PCM C2 pin 50. Do I remove the extra speed signal?
C152 Pin C 5volt reference Gray...can it go?
C152 Pin J Low reference Blk Ckt 470...can it go too?

C2 Position A10 CHMSL supply voltage/stoplamp supply voltage....needed?

In the past 12hrs I've grouped the pinks according to circuits, pulled and labeled tach, speedo, start/solenoid wiring. My harness has one plug I found nowhere on LS1tech, so I bought the alldatadiy schematics, but still can't tell if I need any of this. Here's the plug, it's near the pcm. My generator is a two plug deal. I've had the entire harness on. Every plug except this one were taken.

CHMSL stands for Center High Mount Stop Light, so if you're doing a conversion in an older vehicle you probably won't need that one.

Thanks. I figure out the battery connector. Apparently the 06 has the battery module
