Has anyone did the ls conversion on a gm b or g-body that had the 4.3tbi and used the stock fuel lines and sender? Im trying to figure out what fittings will help me to accomplish this task without having to do an all new setup.

You can swap the pump to a higher rated unit and it will work fine....
