Default wont crank, getting fuel, getting oil.

98 firebird Ls1 swap.

Car is reading computer, it has a mail order tune to get it running and broke in.

I dont have a FP gauge but the lines fill up with fuel and all, the car builds upwards of 50 psi oil pressure.

I have checked all grounds, everything looks good.

I DID notice a small (vacuum) looking line coming from pcm (in the harness)

it is plugged up by the pcm, then dissapears into the harness and comes out close to behind the intake (not plugged up here)

Other thing, car is tuned for an 85 mm truck maf, im trying to start it on a 75mm stock maf (awaiting my 3-5 pin adapter)

any ideas?

it tries to crank, and it will pop, sounds real close to firing, but wont.

What is the battery like? Is it fully charged? I don't understand the headline says won't crank, but last line says tries to crank....?

how are you getting oil pressure with no crank? I am also confused.... I'm guessing you mean it cranks but won't fire? Do you have everything plugged in correctly...Didn't miss any grounds or other things like the MAF sensor or MAP sensor?

It should still start without the MAF hooked up though, right?

The vaccuum line in the harness is just for the A/C controls.

It should start with the MAF unplugged. I would pull a plug and see if they are firing. Is power getting to the injectors and sensors? Is the fuel pump turning on?

P.S(sorry car cranks, wont fire)

Fp is turning on, fuel rails are filling up, I havent pulled a plug to see what happens, I ran out of time, but it makes an occasional pop, so I would assume its getting some spark, logic tells me its not firing because spark or fuel? how else to tell these 2 things, as I can def. hear the rails being filled with fuel, and the occasional pop leads me to believe i have some sort of spark going on. Im stumped.

p.s. maf is hooked up, just computer is tuned for 85mm and I have the 75mm hooked up.

It will probably help if you plug the holes in the nitrous plate. Thats creating a vacuum leak. A small one, but it's still there.

im gonna do that, put in the 85mm maf, its low on fuel (wouldnt think that would do it) add more fuel. kinda stumped whatelse to do, maybe mist some fuel into intake, so if it starts i know its a fuel issue.
