Default fuel rail covers

will the covers off a 2006 ls2 gto work for my 2001 ls1 z28? will the covers work for me? i will be covering the gto up with something...

nope...not unless you change the valve covers as the LS2 coil covers attach differently than the LS1s

And LS2's have larger diameter fuel rails.

covers off a ls1 gto will work.theyll actually snap right on. im in the same boat i have ls2 covers and a ls1. the ls2s use a rubber grommet.
do truck valve covers have the mounting holesthat the ls2 valve covers have?
i was going to create my own grommet to fit on the fuel rail of the ls1.

Not sure if they will fit but I hate the look of those plastic cheezy looking covers. I removed mine and painted the coils. looks much cleaner
