Default E40 LS2 help

I have been searching on this site and a few others. I think i know what this plug is but any help would be appreciated. This is for an E40 LS2 and 4l65e out of a 2006 GTO going into a 1966 Chevelle. What is the blue plug for? I think TCM? if so I don't have one will i need it for my set up? Thanks in advance and sorry if this is redundant or a noob question, not to familiar with this new LS stuff yet.

Do you have info on stripping down the harness for 1966? Or any info on where you placed ECM, etc.? Just getting into this part of swap. Fuel set up; brakes; engine in; gas pedal in. Thanks, Steve

Where did you quote that from? "67 Chevelle" does not exist here, nor does the quote.

Default I don’t know how quote appeared🤷‍♂️ Looking for LS2 harness set up for 1966 GTO?

I am looking for pin out or harness set up. Placing 2006 GTO LS2 with it’s 4L65E into my 1966 GTO. Have 2006 parts car, less above. Was 2 speed on column. What goes and what stays on 06 LS2 harness for my application?? Thanks, Steve
