Default LS1 in a 93 corvette

So my 93 vette has been a garage ornament for the past few years. Going to put a carbed LS1 in it, figured there would be a few people here who have done it before me. This will be a strip only car, so it won't have any of the normal street equipment on it. Any insight would be appreciated

Are you going to a solid rear end ? You may want research into that..... the Dana 36/44, depending on the HP level may not hold up to a strip / race only.

The swap it self should be no problem, many have done the C4 to Gen III/IV swap..

I am using a Tom's differential 12 bolt center section from a C3, 300M outers, Chromoly halfshafts and Coil Overs. Got teh rear end covered, going to get started soon on the cage and crossmember

going to fab my own mounts. And I will be building a trans crossmember, as well as a torque arm from the center section to the trans crossmember
