Default Need small diameter (no ribs) idler pulley

I'm trying to set up an accessory drive. I need a small diameter idler pulley, the kind without ribs. I have a small pulley for the AC (narrow, 4 rib) but I need a wider one. The smallest one I have is 3 1/2" diameter. Is there a smaller diameter, wide non-ribbed idler pulley. If so, need a part number or application.

No part number?
I can hardly wait to see the blank expression on the guy at my parts store when I ask to look through their idlers.
Anyone else got any info?

I used a gates 38001 smooth pulley which came with the sanden compressor bracket for a 6 rib belt. Gates site says it's 30.5mm wide, 90mm diameter. They list data for the tensioners by part number...38006 looks to be same, but 76mm diameter. Looks like you can register with gates and get access to the parts selector...I just poked at close part numbers a bit and found that cuz I'm not registered. Maybe you could poke some more and find what you need, or the parts store can let you look at the catalog (?) Hope this helps somehow.

Look through their catalog first, usually there are some good pics/ descriptions/ sizes......THEN go rummage through the shelves....I walk in my local O'reillys, say hi and then usually head onto the back and the guys dont even blink since Im always back there looking through hoses, belts, pulleys, mounts, etc
