Default 5.3l LS1 in a 1995 Silverado,

Hey Guys,

I picked up a 2002 5.3l takeout with the wiring/cpu/O2's/accessories and was looking for some info before I start ripping everything out. Anyone have any experience/advice on swapping a 2002 5.3l into a 1995 RCSB Silverado? I've done some searches and found a couple links here and there but nothing substantial.

I'll read through the LS1 swap FAQ's this evening. Looks like a lot to absorb!

Anything is appreciated.

Thanks, Rick

what kind of info you looking for?

we have done a few 5.3 swaps into obs trucks. Its a fairly simple swap, almost like it belongs in there.

Just PM me. We can help you anyway we can.

I do, but it is mostly focused around the turbo build.
